3 min brownie
I just found this on the great Internet
And then why not make it?
It did take some time to make, and it did go over sides of the cup, when it was in the microwave.
But it does taste good, by the standard of a cake made in the microwave in 3min.
Advice... Use 2 cups and don't save it for later.

As you have probably noticed I have been slacking on the updates of this site, and keeping my foodporn primarily on facebook.
It's time for a new era for nomnom.dk, instead of just me posting I want you to post as well - I'll be changing the format of my posts a bit to be primarily pictures of the finished product instead of pictures of the entire process.

Burgers
This Saturday Louise and I decided to make burgers, here are some pictures from the process.
We bought some "back bacon", wasn't very impressed with it though, the taste was fine - but it kept falling apart when moving it to the pan, and it didnt curl up as even as regular bacon.
Meat was from the butchers and the burger steaks was ~300 grams each.
The Cheese was cheddar from the local cheese shop.
Louise baked the burger buns.
Bacon Chicken
I craved chicken and bacon .. and what better than to combine the two.
Basicly carved up a chicken, wrapped the breasts in bacon and roasted it in the oven, very easy and very tasty.
Spices was mainly salt, pepper and curry
Rum Balls
A Friend of mine made 1200 Rum Balls (more info in danish here).
I managed to take a few pictures before they were gone.

To make 1200 Rum Balls you need:
40 swiss rolls
20 mazarin tart
20 packages of layered cake dough (3x20)
2.5kg raspberry marmelade
2kg mashed apples
2kg. cacao
2kg. powdered sugar
1 liter rum essence
1.5kg chocolate (54-56%)
2 kg coconut flour
2 kg. colored sugar toppings

Pancakeday
Today was pancakeday, and how could I not make pancakes on pancakeday.

Newyears dinner
Bit late pictures from new years eve.
Menu was:
Beef Tenderloin
Scallopped Potatoes
Bruchetta
Roast Pork
Made a pork roast with regular and caramelized potatoes, brown sauce and red cabbage.
Burgers
I went by the butchers, bought some minced meat and bacon, swung by the farmers market and bought some veggies and onions and last, got some cheddar from the cheese shop (great taste, didnt catch the name though - maybe next time).
